Scott Lybbert requests a 90 Day Extension to the June 5, 2019 plat amendment approvals for Canyon Meadows plats A and B and the Glades and Junipers at Canyon Meadows that are currently set to expire on December 5, 2020. Storied Deer Valley, LLC requests a Minor Plat Amendment to Tuhaye Moondance in order to correct notes, owners, and to relabel the common area as open space for the Tuhaye Master Association located at 9565 N Midnight Court in Section 28, Township 2 South, Range 5 East in the Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone (JBOZ) (DEV-3681; Austin Corry)

Greg Gagon requests consideration and adoption of a local street plan under the provisions of Wasatch County Code 16.02.12 in order to refine the location for the “Sleeping Indian Connector” identified on the Wasatch County Regional Transportation Plan (General Plan Map 21). Due to pending development proposals for Rolling Oak Estates, Sleeping Indian/Blue Sage Ranch, and Lake Creek Farms, the impact and location of the road becomes necessary to ensure that property within the area can be adequately developed and serviced and the transportation plan is complied with. *If forwarded, the recommendation by the Planning Commission on this item will be considered by the County Council as the Legislative Body, at a Public Hearing on December 16, 2020. SkyRidge Development requests an amendment to the JRA (Jordanelle Recreation Area) Handbook Section 3.16 entitled “Roofs and Snow Guards” in order to allow lower pitched or flat roofs and including other related issues.
