Second Reading - Ordinance 19-05 - Amending Wasatch County Code sections 16.04 Definitions, 16.08 Residential Agriculture Zone (RA-1), and 16.27 Development Standards primarily regarding cleanup of redundant language, reorganization for clarity, and some changes to align the code with the General Plan. Additional changes to various other chapters of Title 16 are included to remove references to a planned performance development section of the code which was previously removed. -Austin Corry

Mark Garza and Terry Diehl, representatives for Cardinal Funding LLC, is requesting preliminary plat and site plan approval for Wasatch Commons, a residential project east of the existing Wasatch Commons Apartment complex consisting of 348 ERUs/units on 114.46 acres located at approximately 3600 North Highway 40 in Sections 19 and 20 of Township 3 South, Range 5 East in the North Village Overlay Zone (NVOZ).
